Jason C. Brown

Jason C. Brown is an experienced and respected DWI defense attorney who has tried cases throughout Minnesota. He is a longtime member of the Minnesota Trial Lawyer's Association and has held several leadership positions within that organization. He is a former judicial law clerk to the Assistant Chief Judge of Minnesota's Tenth Judicial District and has served as appointed counsel in dozens of civil commitment cases, several of which received substantial media attention. Jason earned his Juris Doctorate, with honors, from the William Mitchell College of Law where he was a published staff writer and associcate editor for the Law Review.

Cynthia J. Brown

Cynthia J. Brown served as a prosecutor, public defender, criminal investigator and judicial law clerk before establishing her private practice. With over a decade of criminal experience, she has earned a reputation as an exceptional defense attorney. Cynthia has been interviewed by ABC News and other media outlets on criminal issues specific to Minnesota. She obtained her Juris Doctorate from the William Mitchell College of Law in St. Paul and holds a B.A. in Criminal Justice Studies. Cynthia is the President of the Amigos de Guatemala Foundation and devotes significant time and resources to assisting the impoverished in Central America.
